7 1/2" long with a 1/4", a 3/8" or a 1/2" cutter

Stanley used the size of the cutter as sub-model numbers i.e. 144 1/4, 144 3/8 and 144 1/2. The 1/4" model is hard to find, the 1/2" model is pretty scarce, the 3/8" shows up most often. Sizes are marked on the bottom of the skate.

some of the problems I have encountered with these planes. Always check carefully for hairline cracks, especially around the mouth.
