10 1/2" long with set of 9 cutters.

Same as No 41 but no filletster bed provision i.e. no holes in skate. Check 41,42,44 for more details, most of them apply to all the Millers Patent Planes.

PS: If you want at least one of the very attractive 40 series Millers Patent planes in your collection on a budget, this is the one to go for. Early models have round solid brass fence screws, followed by slotted screws and nickel plated last.
