303 Super long Beschlagaxt /broad or hewing axe. This particular shape with the skate toe and the decorative scroll under the socket was in use from the 18th to the 20th century, mainly in South Germany and the Alpine region. They were never called goosewings. I would class this piece as a late cast model. It seems to have been partially cleaned at some stage. Rust and pitting spots on the back suggest this was a wall hanger for quite some time.   21" cutting edge, overall 27" long, 5 1/2 lb, 2.6kg.
